• only actual legitimate contractors qualify for these ratesProof of being in the business may be required if any doubt exists of this fact in the operator's opinion, and if not provided you will be charged Standard rates (above).  To qualify, you must work for clients (not just at your own house), and be in the construction industry (landscaping, custom homes, renovations, general contracting, plumber, or similar, etc.)

Large Project / Client Maximum-Discount rates

• rates vary dependent on machine, customer and size of project / length of booking, etc. You must call to get a specific rate quote; rates in the $50's-$60's per hr are possible for a very large project with correct conations
  

• special conditions may apply - regarding daily or weekly minimum hours, float fees, attachment rentals, etc.  Call to discuss
  

• this category of pricing is normally reserved for projects that are a minimum of 3 weeks' continuous machine-with-operator assignments and/or for very high volume customers (builders/contractors/developers in one of following industry sectors: ICI, residential subdivision development, condo/office tower erectors, inter-provincial commercial developments, infrastructure, or similar); please call for more details and rate quote

The following are the standard rates that most of our branches currently use, or at least base their rates on.   But please note that rates may vary slightly from branch to branch - you will be charged according to the current rates of the branch servicing you.  To check rates by branch, click here.
