This page is to assist suppliers to get in touch with the correct person or branch in our organization
Accounting Issues
To anyone looking for Accounting, a few points to keep in mind:

1. There is no central accounting. Each branch is its own separate incorporated company and is responsible for its own accounting matters.  Therefore you need to deal with the branch directly on any accounting issues.

2. How to get in touch with the branch?  Supplier: Call them.  When you (suppliers) began dealing with them they should have provided you a direct number you could reach them at (NOT our incoming customer line, which goes to dispatch only).  If you do not have that direct contact number, drop them an email using the links above.

3. Customers: Email them. Unless you happen to have a contact number from the branch (such as the operator who serviced you), the best and only way to contact them is by emailing them through the links above

4. Please note: Calling the main dispatch line is of no use.  When you call in on the customer-only number, you'll find that the only place your call can be directed to is dispatch.  Dispatch has no way of transferring you to anyone in accounting; dispatch is not in the same office facility where any accounting matters are handled.  Dispatch has no knowledge of anything accounting related, and does not take or pass on  messages that are not related to the booking of machinery and scheduling service.

5. If a matter seems not be be getting resolved by the branch it concerns, after sufficient attempts have been made, it is okay to contact the Franchisor (use button below) but remember - we make no promises, nor is Franchisor responsible in any way for any financial matters of any branch.  But there may be some encouragement that the Franchisor may be able to provide to see the matter to resolution.

Suppliers: Contact branch via the branch supplier phone number they should have provided you.  If you don't have that number, send them an email using the appropriate link to the right.

Customers / Other: Contact branch by clicking its button to the right

PLEASE DO NOT CALL DISPATCH (the main branch customer number) under any circumstances for accounting matters - they will not be able to help you.
